WholeLife HealthCare, 89 Fifth Avenue, Suite 300, New York, NY 10003, straddles four Manhattan neighborhoods: Union Square, Greenwich Village, Chelsea and Flatiron. It’s one block west of the Union Square Farmers’ Market, open all year round - the largest farmers’ market in the country - operating Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The area teems with life, from parks, commercial establishments, restaurants, street performers … and more!

Public transportation: convenient to multiple subway and bus routes. Here’s the MTA’s trip planner site: http://tripplanner.mta.info/MyTrip/ui_web/customplanner/tripplanner.aspx.

Parking: the area is a popular shopping, commercial and entertainment neighborhood and can be difficult to find street parking. Please allow plenty of time for the inevitable traffic congestion of Manhattan and for locating a spot or parking garage.

Fees

New Patient Visit (90 minutes) $440.00
Follow-Up Visits (each 60 minutes) $340.00

Cancelations and Missed Appointments

We understand your schedule can change. We ask you to understand that we have booked your time expecting you to keep that appointment. Missed appointments or appointments canceled with our receptionist with less than three business days’ notice for new patient appointments and one business day notice for follow-up appointments are charged the full session fee. We often have a stand-by list of patients and we will do everything we can to fill your appointment in order to avoid charging you your full session fee.

Insurance Reimbursement

WholeLife HealthCare is a fee-for-service health care choice. We do not accept insurance or Medicare assignment for payment nor are we a member of any insurance plan. On the day of your visit, you may pay for your services by cash, personal check, travelers' checks, or credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard). We will give you detailed insurance forms for paid services which you can submit to your carrier for reimbursement consideration.

The laws of the State of New York require that any health insurance company doing business in New York State cover chiropractic services. However, there are no details in the law stating minimum or maximum coverage. If insurance reimbursement is a priority for you, please speak with your insurance company or employer directly about your insurance coverage and reimbursement possibilities.

Hours of Operation

Dr Weymouth has variable part-time office hours.

Doctor Phone Hours

We believe it is crucial for a doctor and her patient to have easy access to each other for important communications outside of regularly scheduled office appointments. However, we also believe that when you and the doctor are in session together, there should be no interruptions. To accomplish both goals best we can, Dr. Weymouth has daily office phone hours for anyone who needs to speak with her. Conversations needing more time can be booked as consults during regular appointment times.

Established patients always have access to Dr. Weymouth before or after office hours via her mobile phone.

Email

Both the doctor and front desk check email frequently but if you have a time-sensitive question please call.

Standing Appointments

We all have times of the day when our schedules are more flexible. We urge you to make your schedule with WholeLife HealthCare as convenient as possible for yourself by booking standing appointments. Speak with us about reserving a certain time on a certain day on a regular basis for you.
